Refund Eligibility:
Refunds from Podnarost s.r.o. are granted only in situations where a case is closed without a successful outcome. If a case has been resolved successfully, it does not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing Timeframe:
After a case is officially closed, Podnarost s.r.o. will process any applicable refund within a period of up to 30 days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued solely through the same payment method that was originally used for the transaction. It is not possible to process refunds using alternative payment methods.
Refund Request Procedure:
Clients who wish to request a refund must submit a formal request by creating a support ticket with
Podnarost s.r.o. The request should include the following information:
The case number related to the transaction
A brief explanation outlining the reason for the refund request
Any additional supporting details or documentation
Once the request is received, Podnarost s.r.o. will carefully review all provided information. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Important Notes:
No Guaranteed Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed in every case. Podnarost s.r.o. reserves the full right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion after evaluation.
Scope of Refunds: Refunds are available only for cases that are closed without achieving a successful recovery.
Processing Delays: If the refund is not completed within the stated 30-day period, clients should contact the Podnarost s.r.o. support team for further assistance.
Original Payment Method Requirement:
Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method. For example, if a payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same card. Redirecting refunds to other accounts or payment methods is not allowed.
Transaction Fees Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for any fees charged by third-party providers in connection with the refund process, including but not limited to payment processors or cryptocurrency platforms.
